Wet Ingredients
2 x ripe bananas mashed
1 tbsp fluid honey
3½ tbsp Butter Room high temperature, soft
¾ Cup milk Or milk alternative
2 Eggs Lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
1 ¾ cups Oat Flour
1 tsp Baking beverage
1 tsp Baking powder
Other
1/2 cup dark choc chips
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 180’C / 350F
Line a 9×13 shuffle baking tray with baking paper
Mix all wet ingredients as one.
Featuring in a separate mixing bowl, sift all dry ingredients as one.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix and fold as one with a spatula until really combined.
Stir through choc chips.
Pout into baking tray
Bake meant for 15 – 20 minutes until golden and springs back on tetchy.
